Ian Maxwell and Thomas Brown for their comforting and dignified funeral arrangements, Uphall Golf Club for catering and St Michael's Hospital for their excellent care. Kind donations of ?1,000 will be shared equally between St Michael's Hospital and Alzheimer Scotland.
